280slm L2.23
280slm is a rich, old gold to orange-hued wine made from a mix of white and red grapes: Glera, Bianchetta Trevigiana, Verdiso, Perera, and Boschera. The grapes come from a 1970s vineyard in Campea di Miane, Treviso, grown in clay marl soils. After 30 days of skin maceration and spontaneous fermentation, the wine ages for 3 months in wood, followed by final decantation in steel. Bottling occurs with the addition of must from dried grapes, without added sulphur.
This wine has intense golden yellow hues and aromas of fresh yeast, tropical fruit, and florals. The palate is juicy, with soft, fresh tones and a pleasant mineral finish. Ideal for pairing with Venetian cicchetti, such as croutons with creamed cod, boiled octopus, or sardines in onion sauce.
