We work with a third-party logistics provider, Sending Wines, for shipping all orders. Under the latest regulations, we apply a fixed shipping rate per package, with different rates depending on the destination country.
Please note: Sending Wines (Belgium) insures shipments up to a maximum of €320. In the case of loss or breakage, this is the maximum compensation you can receive. If you wish to insure your shipment for a higher value, additional insurance can be arranged upon request.
Packaging Options
We ship in the following box formats:
1 magnum (1.5L)
3 bottles (0.75L)
6 bottles (0.75L)
12 bottles (0.75L)
To optimize costs, we recommend ordering in multiples of 12 bottles. A package containing 1 magnum or 3 bottles costs the same to ship as a package of 12 bottles.
Insurance & Liability
Please note: your order is only insured against transport damage if the package is fully filled. For example, if you order 5 bottles in a 6-bottle box, we cannot be held liable for any damages. Ensuring the correct use of box formats helps to avoid risks and accidents.
Surcharges for Remote Areas
For deliveries to remote areas, additional charges may apply. These surcharges are determined by the transport and import companies and are passed on without any added margin.
Pricing Policy
Our shipping costs are based on the new rate structure of Sending Wines 2026. As a wine merchant, we pass on the exact transport costs without any commercial profit.
Conditions of bottles
The buyer accepts the bottles in their current condition. Given the nature of wine and the possible influence of storage, age, and transport, the seller cannot guarantee the quality, evolution, cork condition, or drinkability of the bottles.
