Nikolas and Waiata now run their 3.8-hectare vineyard above Chiaramonte Gulfi, where olive and citrus trees frame the slopes. Together with their kids, they work closely with the land, letting the terroir guide the wines while drawing on years of experience across Europe, Africa, and Oceania.

Their wines are precise and expressive—rooted in Sicily, yet shaped by a worldly perspective.
