Vinestar

Vinestar is the life project of Ariadna and Ricard—two young Catalan wine lovers who traded city life for a vineyard in the hills near Sant Sadurní d’Anoia. From their 5-hectare farm in Can Rossell de la Serra, they craft vibrant ancestral-method sparkling wines from local varieties like Xarel·lo, Macabeo, and Garnatxa. With Ricard’s winemaking experience and Ariadna’s sommelier background, they focus on pure, expressive bubbles that capture the energy of their terroir. Still young—but with serious intent—Vinestar is all about honesty, elegance, and a deep love for their land.
