Yoan Rega, a neighbor of Valentin Valles in St-Quentin-la-Poterie, describes himself as a "neo-winemaker." After a career in music journalism in Paris, Yoan returned to his native Gard to embrace his passion for winemaking. In 2019, he introduced his debut cuvée, *40 Opportunités*, crafted from a small Mourvèdre plot—a promising start in the world of natural wine.

Now based near Uzès, Yoan tends to old vines of Grenache, Merlot, and Syrah, practicing sustainable farming focused on soil health and biodiversity. His wines, often made with carbonic maceration, are a harmonious mix of approachability and aging potential—a testament to his dedication and vision.
