Costadilà
Costadilà, now nestled in the hills of San Lorenzo near Vittorio Veneto, carries the name of the Tarzo region where it all began. In 2005, Ernesto Cattel set out here as a farmer-winemaker, or as he liked to call himself, an "articulator." He pioneered a genuine, artisanal approach to winemaking, embracing the full potential of native grapes like glera, bianchetta trevigiana, and verdiso from the Alto Trevigiano hills. Ernesto's vision was a return to the roots of winemaking, unfazed by trends or shortcuts.
To speak of Costadilà is to speak of Ernesto, whose spirit and philosophy are forever connected with the winery. Though time has moved on, his legacy and soul continue to shape each bottle, a lasting tribute to his enduring vision.
