Les Voranes 2020 is a Brut Nature sparkling wine made from 98% Xarel·lo and 2% Macabeu. Produced by Ton Mata and Encarna Castillo at Bufadors Celler, it follows a minimal intervention approach with no added sulfites, sugar, or commercial yeasts. The second fermentation takes place with must from the vineyard, and the wine ages for 40 months on lees. With only 7,374 bottles produced, this wine reflects the unique terroir and extreme weather conditions of 2020, offering a powerful and complex character with exceptional mouthfeel.
