The vines are grown in close rows or with 2.5 meters of spacing, with careful ground cover and regular organic additions to enrich the soil. Only minimal tilling is done to manage weeds and mix in the organic matter, using either tractors, caterpillars, or even horses on the steeper slopes. Harvesting is done by hand in small crates, with a careful sorting process.
The wine has a refreshing character with delicate floral and mineral notes.
