Made from Muscatedda from Noto, harvested at the end of July and macerated for around 10 days with whole bunches. Full-on Muscat aromatics with peach iced tea, but balanced by fresh, green, grassy and herbal notes. Aromatic without becoming too sweet or overwhelming. Zero additives and no filtration.
