Valdauga is a unique expression, crafted from a hidden, terraced plot that Nacho began cultivating in 2020. These old vines, nestled in a remote location, bring together a rare mix of varieties: Mouraton, Granacha Tintorera, Mencia, Merenza, Palomino, Godello, Dona Branca, and Colgadeira. This co-fermentation in a single, seasoned 400L barrel allows the flavors to meld and mature in a way that showcases the vineyard’s diverse character. The result is a wine with depth and harmony, echoing the distinctiveness of its rugged origins.
