"Haut les cœurs" 2024 A blend of 60% Cabernet Franc on boulbènes, 20% Merlot, and 20% Merille & Milgranet on limestone soils. Cabernet Franc is destemmed, Merlots whole-clustered, with a short one-week maceration and 30 months aging in foudre. Low sulphur: 2 mg at bottling, total 28 mg/L, free <10 mg/L.

The wine shows a rare balance from a hot, dry vintage: supple, structured, with fresh dark fruit, fine tannins, and a stony, mineral finish preserved by the marl-limestone soils. Vines are farmed with intense agroforestry, combining wide spacing and 5000 vines/ha to maintain vitality despite heat.
