A blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Petit Manseng, Chenin, Sauvignon Gris, Merlot Blanc, Raffiat de Moncade, and Courbu, grown on Ostréa marl and argilo-calcareous soils. The grapes are hand-harvested in small crates by a cheerful team. After ten days of cold pre-fermentation maceration, the grapes are pressed and fermented in 500-liter barrels. The wine undergoes a total of 3 years of aging: 1 year in barrels, followed by 2 years in sandstone jars.
