From their small, 3-hectare estate on the southern part of the Saint-Joseph appellation, they cultivate excellent grapes through biodynamic practices. There’s no mechanization—everything is done by hand or with the help of a horse. In the winery, there are no additives, and they use minimal sulfur. This 2016 Saint Joseph is outstanding—fresh, balanced, with a lovely structure promising over a decade of aging potential. With its superb fruit, it’s a true delight.
