Sourced from the steep Her Kretz vineyard, named after its previous owner, Mr. Kretz, the slope provides ideal drainage, maintaining a balanced pH and encouraging the vines to dig deep, preserving the best mineral qualities.

100% direct-pressed Riesling spends one year in halbstückfass (600L) and an additional year in stainless steel.
