Azienda Agricola Morando Silvio is located in the Piedmont region of Italy, specifically in the Monferrato subregion. Their Vino Rosso is made from Barbera and Bonarda grapes, grown in clay-limestone soils with a south-southwest exposure. The wine undergoes manual harvesting with sorting, followed by whole cluster fermentation using indigenous yeasts and no added sulfur. After a few weeks of aging in tank on fine lees, it presents a ruby color with violet reflections. The nose is intense with aromas of wild fruits and fresh bread, while the palate is light and fresh, featuring crunchy, delicate tannins.
