Càlitro is a red wine from Cantina Riccardi Reale, made from 100% Cesanese di Affile grapes, sourced from ancient white sandstone soils dating back to the Cretaceous period. The wine undergoes spontaneous fermentation with no added chemicals, followed by 11 months of aging in barrels and an additional 11 months in bottle. A true expression of its terroir and tradition.
