The vines are grown in close rows or with 2.5 meters of spacing, with careful ground cover and regular organic additions to enrich the soil. Only minimal tilling is done to manage weeds and mix in the organic matter, using either tractors, caterpillars, or even horses on the steeper slopes. Harvesting is done by hand in small crates, with a careful sorting process.

The wine has a refreshing character with delicate floral and mineral notes.

For the Lledoner Pelut, the wine is made as a Blanc de Noir, pressing around 40% of the juice straight from the grapes to achieve the right color. The Macabeu grapes are given a week of skin contact. Aging takes place in both tanks and barrels, aiming for a subtle touch without a heavy oak influence.
