Carignan Blanc 2021 is a micro-cuvée made from 100% Carignan Blanc. The grapes are manually pressed with feet and undergo direct pressing, followed by élevage in tank. Created with a sense of camaraderie, this wine was made alongside Gaëlle's friends, reflecting the joy and passion of winemaking for those close to her. The result is a wine with fresh and expressive character, made with love and care.
