Dark purple powerhouse. Full tannins give it a nice bite. A sturdy wine with beautiful dark fruit, cherries. Structured but not heavy or tiring, balanced with refreshing, beautiful acidity. This wine is still young. Store for 6 months or longer for the benefit of the wine (and the drinker).  Cot (Malbec) 2021.

Foodpairing: Pairs well with more substantial food; slightly fatty meat, lamb, sausage and dishes from the South West of France.
