This wine is made from 100% Garnacha Blanca grown at an altitude of 1350 meters above sea level. It has an alcohol content of 13.5% and comes in a 0.75l bottle. The vinification involves spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel with direct pressing of the grapes. The wine is aged for one year in used French oak barrels, without clarification, filtration, or the addition of sulfites. It is best served at a temperature between 10-14°C.
