The vines grow on a very special and unique side in Iphofen

called Sparrnbach. You can call it our monopoly side - because we are

the only ones who are allowed to grow vines there.

We re-cultivated this beautiful area 5 years ago. The soil is even greater

- very stony and a mixture of shelly limestone and Keuper.

Pressed on the old basket press and fermented in small barrels.
