The grapes undergo a brief maceration, followed by gentle pressing, and are aged in tinajas (Spanish amphorae) to enhance the wine’s depth and complexity. Similar to El Carrascal, it showcases a concentration of generous fruit, with a rich and structured profile that highlights the unique terroir of this specific vineyard.
