Sauvage VDF Rouge 2023
Unfortunately, they didn’t launch their special cuvée Sauvage last year. But we are happy to announce that they can offer Sauvage ’23. It’s from their famous parcelle sauvage, which was abandoned for a couple of years before they arrived. This means special grapes but incredibly low yield: 6 hL/ha. With a long aging of 10 months in fiberglass, it expresses the terroir quite amazingly.
