Les Chemins de traverse is a Beaujolais Gamay with plenty of character. Made with whole-cluster maceration and fermented in concrete tanks, it’s one of Lilian Bauchet’s most delicious natural wines. On the nose, expect cherry and dark fruit aromas, which carry through to the palate, with a light effervescence upon opening. A natural wine with no added sulfites.
