With a deep ruby color, the nose is very ripe, showing black cherry, cassis, licorice, spices like cinnamon, and subtle, yet integrated, hints of oak aging. Aged in oak barrels, amphorae, and stainless steel tanks. Rich and indulgent with smooth, enveloping tannins.

Ideal with game stews. Decanting recommended.
