P'tit Piaf Blanc is a dry blend of Muscat and Macabeo, offering a light and fruity profile.
Vinification and Aging: The Muscat grapes are harvested early, at the beginning of August, to preserve the variety's floral aromas. The Macabeo is picked around August 20. Whole bunches are pressed, followed by fermentation in tanks. The wine is aged on fine lees, also in tanks.
Tasting Notes: Brilliant golden yellow color. Aromas of peach, apricot, and citrus. On the palate, it delivers vibrant freshness, making for a light and fruity wine.
