Pando Orange comes from Viña do O Pando, where low-yield Godello vines produce under 2kg each. Hand-harvested, fermented on skins in clay tinajas for 4–5 months, then racked to steel for natural clarity, this wine is bottled unfined, unfiltered, and without SO2.
