O Pando is a 100% Godello from old, low-yielding vines in Viña do O Pando. The grapes are hand-harvested, destemmed, and fermented with skins for one week in used barrels, then aged for 4 months in amphora. The wine is bottled without fining, filtration, or added SO2.
It has aromas of citrus, salt, and orchard fruit, leading to a fresh, structured palate with crunchy tannins, lime, and earthy notes. Mineral and chalky, it's drinking beautifully now and will continue to evolve in the bottle.
