Moscatell d'Alexandria 2022
A monovarietal Muscat from about 5-year-old vines planted on a clay-granitic soil rich in quartz, at an altitude of 340 meters. The grapes are organically farmed with ecological certification and harvested by hand at optimal ripeness. After selection and destemming, the grapes macerate for 2 days in stainless steel tanks. Fermentation occurs with native yeasts and without temperature control, followed by 11 months of sur lie aging. The wine is bottled unfined, unfiltered, and without added sulfites.
