A co-fermentation of Cabernet Franc, Merlot, and Sémillon from the vineyards of Romaric Tatard in Saint-Julien-d’Eymet. Camille and Matthias Marquet (Domaine Lestignac) crafted this wine under their Hors les Mûres label, a négociant project rooted in full transparency. With just a two-day maceration and grapes grown on north-facing clay-limestone soils, the result is a fluid, savoury wine carried by fine limestone tension and remarkable mineral precision for the vintage.
