Crafted from 100% Sémillon grown on clay-limestone and molasse soils, this wine is a blend of three vintages, each vinified separately and united before bottling. The grapes, harvested late with natural passerillage and botrytis, underwent an exceptionally slow pressing lasting 48 hours. Aging took place in un-topped barrels (sous voile), allowing gentle oxidation to develop deep complexity and character.
