Crafted from Sauvignon Blanc, Merlot Blanc, Chenin, and Petit Manseng, this wine comes from clay-limestone and molasse soils. The vines, planted at a high density of 10,000 per hectare and trained on stakes (échalas), coexist with trees and are the fruit of a decade-long dream to re-enchant both the landscape and viticulture. After a 10-day cold maceration and slow pressing, the wine was aged for one year in barrels, followed by another year in amphorae before bottling.
