A blend of Savagnin and Sauvignon, grown on blue marl and molasse soils. The grapes are pressed directly, and the juice is fermented in demi-muids (large oak barrels). The wine then matures in demi-muids for 18 months. The Savagnin vines were planted in 2018, and 2022 marks their first "true" vintage, of which 700 bottles were produced—a release the winemakers are particularly proud of.
