A blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Gris, Petit Manseng, Sémillon, Merlot Blanc, Courbu, Rafiat de Moncade, Listant, and Trebbiano, grown on Ostréa marl soils. The grapes undergo cold maceration for around ten days, followed by a long pressing and fermentation in 500-liter barrels. The wine is then aged in sandstone jars and old wood, followed by one year in bottle. It is full-bodied, with aromas of cooked fruits, a beautiful oxidative character, and refined bitterness.
