Produced in the historic Contrada Buonivini in Noto, this Catarratto reflects the passion and hard work of winemaker Salvatore. Locally known as "Mantiddatu," Catarratto is an indigenous white grape variety cultivated in Pachino. The grapes are hand-harvested and fermented with indigenous yeasts, resulting in a fresh wine that showcases the terroir. With an aging potential of 3-5 years, this wine is a prime example of Sicilian winemaking tradition.
