A juicy blend of red and white grapes: Bacchus, Cabernet Dorsa, Dornfelder, Huxelrebe, Merlot, Pinot Gris, and Portugieser. The grapes were partially whole-cluster pressed together, and the juice aged for a year in a large 2400L oak foudre.
