Crafted from organic Syrah grapes grown on granite soils in Bogy (Northern Ardèche), comes from Jean Delobre's renowned Ferme des Sept Lunes. The vinification follows a unique "millefeuille" method, alternating whole clusters (one-third) with destemmed grapes (two-thirds), and features a brief 7-8 day maceration to highlight bright fruit character. Naturally fermented without additives, the wine is aged for 9 months in small fiberglass tanks that ensure gentle oxygen exchange. Bottled without SO2 in June 2023, it’s a pure and expressive homage to its terroir.
