A playful blend of red and white grapes from the Luberon, macerated together to create a wine bursting with freshness and indulgence. Crafted by Fanny, it offers irresistible aromas of cassis and vibrant energy. Whole clusters undergo a unique carbonic maceration, lightly submerged in the final press and lees from Bombe Achromique, fermenting naturally over 30 days. After pressing, the wine finishes fermentation in stainless steel and ages for 9 months on fine lees. Bottled without SO2, it’s a joyful expression of the Luberon’s charm
