It consists of teas made from herbs foraged in the vineyards and our garden, grapes grown in the highest quality and fruits lacto-fermented with the utmost care, knowledge and passion. All ingredients are farmed or will be farmed on the family lands and foraged in the area. Freija is th first product of the dream of great agroforestry and careful stewardship of generational land.
