The 2023 Wilder Satz, is a wild ‘gemischter Satz’ or field blend of Müller Thurgau, Riesling, Kerner, Silvaner, Chardonnay, Weissburgunder, and Grauburgunder, each foot-stomped and vinified through pressing, or whole-bunch infusion. The result? A hazy white, with wine with lot's of fresh pressed agrum notes and lemon zests. Lemonade for grown ups!
