El Soci was born from a desire to make wine approachable, shedding its “elite” image and inviting everyone to enjoy it in casual, social settings. The open-lock label reflects this philosophy: the wine is meant to be easy-going, a partner for sharing good times with friends and family, and to remind us that wine is about enjoying life’s moments together. In Catalan, "Soci" means "fellow" or "partner," embodying the wine's friendly, welcoming spirit.

Macabeo grapes from three limestone-rich vineyards were hand-harvested at different times to balance acidity and ripeness. They were pressed and fermented together with indigenous yeast in stainless steel tanks. After both fermentations, the wine rested for 5 months before being bottled unfined, unfiltered, with just 10ppm of added sulfur for stability.
