This 100% Xarel·lo wine is sourced from clay-loam, calcareous soils at an altitude of 150 meters. The grapes are hand-harvested and destemmed, undergoing a three-day maceration with skins before fermentation in oak and chestnut barrels. The wine is unfiltered and contains no added sulfites or other enological products. It ages in stainless steel tanks, enhancing its freshness while retaining the complexity imparted by the barrel fermentation.
