This 100% Xarel·lo wine is produced from clay-loam, calcareous soils at an altitude of 150 meters. The grapes are hand-harvested and destemmed, undergoing a 15-day maceration with skins and 30% stems before fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The wine is unfiltered and contains no added sulfites or other enological products. It ages in a balanced combination of 50% in oak barrels and 50% in stainless steel tanks, contributing complexity and depth to its character.
