Divay is the cuvée that marked the beginning of Leah Angles' journey. The name "Divay," meaning "wine" in Malagasy, is a tribute to her grandmother. This Grenache comes from a small 60-ares parcel in the Collioure appellation, showcasing the unique character of the terroir. The wine is crafted using whole bunches and aged in stainless steel, with no fining, filtration, or added sulfites, except for a minimal addition after malolactic fermentation
