100% Muscat Petits Grains from 30-year-old schist soils. Hand-harvested in small crates, whole-cluster semi-carbonic maceration (20 days) with native yeasts. Aged 12 months in 5 hL barrels, unfiltered and unfined.

Floral and fruity aromas of geranium, rose, elderflower, grape, and lychee, with a spicy, curry-like palate and pleasant bitterness. Best enjoyed in 2–3 years; natural sediment may appear.
