100% Syrah from 30-year-old vines on schist soils. Hand-harvested in small crates, whole-cluster direct pressing, native yeast fermentation, malolactic completed, and aged in fiber tanks. Unfiltered, unfined, and sulfite-free.

The nose opens reductive but evolves into vibrant freshness with wild strawberry and redcurrant notes. Natural sediment or slight turbidity may occur. Decanting is recommended to enhance the wine's expression.
