100% Syrah from 30-year-old vines on clay-limestone soils. Hand-harvested in small crates, whole clusters lightly foot-trodden. Native yeast fermentation with a 10-day maceration in 25 hL wooden vats. Aged 12 months in fiber tanks, unfiltered and unfined.
Expressive nose of fruit and spice. The palate is fresh and balanced, with soft tannins and vibrant fruit. Best enjoyed in 2–3 years; natural sediment may appear.
