Tinto is a red wine produced by Bodega Cauzon Winery, crafted from 85% Tempranillo and 15% Merlot grapes grown at the foot of the Sierra Nevada mountains. The vineyards are situated in sandy loam soil at an altitude of 1050 meters, benefiting from a continental climate. The wine undergoes 7 days of maceration on the skins with indigenous yeast and is aged in steel tanks without any added sulfur.
