This Brut Nature Sparkling Wine is made using the Traditional Method, with native grapes grown in naturally cultivated vineyards. The fermentation is spontaneous with native yeasts, followed by natural settling. For tirage, natural grape juice from late-harvested grapes is added. The wine is aged for at least 18 months before being manually turned on inclined racks and later disgorged without adding any liqueur.
