Nude 2020
This Grenache is sourced from plots in the Tietar Valley, located on south-facing hillsides at altitudes reaching up to 899 meters. The old vines, averaging 75 years in age, have been lovingly recovered from abandonment. The soil consists of granite sands over granite bedrock.
The grapes are hand-harvested, with 80% of the bunches manually de-stemmed and 20% left as whole bunches. Fermentation occurs in American oak using indigenous yeast, with no additives.
